🚤 We’re Hiring – Boat Crew in Goa! 🌊 Konkan Explorers Goa : Cruise, Kayaking, Sailing., an official partner of Goa Tourism Department, is looking for passionate people to join our team on the waters of Goa.
Open Positions:
Captain – SARANG License or Second Class Master License required
Deckhand/Sailor – NIWS or STCW license is a plus (not mandatory)
Host/Tour Guide – Must have good spoken english skills; other languages are a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality are essential.
Requirements (for all positions):
Passion for working on the water
Swimming skills are mandatory for all positions.
Experience is a plus

Konkan Explorers is Goa’s award winning cruising, kayaking and sailing operator. Our aim is to provide a rich yachting and nautical sports experience for relaxation, exploration and discovery. A deep interest is placed in engaging in a responsible and safe manner in all our programs.
FLEET & TEAM
Our fleet consists of two sleek yachts (with marine toilet, outdoor shower and changing facilities), seven expedition styled sit on top kayaks, two sail boats and a motorised dinghy, all of which are an excellent blend of versatility, performance and safety. Our team consists of highly trained professionals with vast experience from the nautical, travel and hospitality world. Pascal, founder and captain of Konkan Explorers has a long history of sailing and adventure. As a sailing boat skipper, he has won the International Phocea Trophy, Marseille, France.
CRUISE & ACTIVITIES
The cruise takes passengers to a certain point of the Chapora River or the Arabian sea, from where kayaking and water activities are launched. During the trip we are treated with views of fishing villages, estuaries, mangroves, forts, hills and beaches. We are also blessed with a variety of mammal, bird and marine life, dolphins, otters and sea eagles being the highlights! The passengers, attended and guided by the crew, take part in the activities and then return to the main vessel to enjoy a cruise back. Each trip is customised according to the wishes as well as physical and technical skills of our passengers. We address the need of beginners with approachable programs. Our long practice of expeditions and adventure activities are also suitable for demanding sessions for well-trained passengers.
CUSTOMISED TRIPS
We can execute longer, specialised programs for athletes, birdwatchers, wildlife photographers, schools etc. The possibilities are endless, get in touch and we’ll devise a plan and make it happen.
