Unser Unternehmen Amazing Views Photo & Adventure Tours ist auf exklusive Fotoreisen spezialisiert. Damit jede Reise zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird, fokussieren wir uns auf Orte fernab vom Massentourismus und mit fantastischen Kulissen für einzigartige Motive. Zudem engagieren wir ausschliesslich renommierte Foto-Guides – darunter einige der weltbesten Naturfotografen. Diese Profis leben entweder selbst an der Destination oder kennen sich dort bestens aus. Damit auch die Unterkunft stimmt, arbeiten wir mit erstklassigen lokalen Anbietern zusammen. Durch die individuelle Betreuung in kleinen Gruppen profitieren alle Teilnehmenden in hohem Masse vom Wissen der Fotografen. Zudem gestalten wir die Verweildauer an den einzelnen Locations bewusst etwas länger, um die Chance auf spektakuläre Stimmungen und spannende Beobachtungen zu vergrössern. Wir haben seit 2016 mehr als 100 Fotoreisen erfolgreich durchgeführt.

,Wenn du in Schottland das Wetter nicht magst, warte fünf Minuten.‘ Für Fotografen ist das keine Drohung, sondern ein Versprechen. Denn in diesen fünf Minuten kann aus Regen und Nebel ein Lichtstrahl werden, der über Glencoe die Hänge in Gold taucht.

Auf der Isle of Skye warten der Old Man of Storr, das Felslabyrinth des Quiraing und der Blick von Elgol auf die Cuillins. Unser lokaler Foto Guide kennt jeden Spot und weiss, wann sich das Warten lohnt. Und im März gibt es noch keine Midges.

„If you don’t like the weather in Scotland, wait five minutes.“ For photographers, that’s not a threat but a promise. Because in those five minutes, rain and mist can turn into a single beam of light that sets the slopes of Glencoe on fire.

On the Isle of Skye you’ll find the Old Man of Storr, the rocky maze of the Quiraing and the view from Elgol across to the Cuillins. Our local photo guide knows every spot and when it’s worth waiting. And in March, there are no midges yet.

A few impressions from my recent tours. Pumas in the Patagonian snow, golden light in Zambia, jaguars in the Pantanal.

My job is a privilege. Thanks to all my guests, especially those who travel with me again and again.

Next up: Zimbabwe, Kenya and Tanzania. In the meantime, I’m working on new tours for the coming years.
