MIXIP 2025 – Celebrating the Art of Mixology 🍸✨
On Friday, 9th May 2025,(SHMS) proudly hosted MIXIP 2025. This unique event brought together 6 leading hospitality schools- , , , , , and SHMS—to celebrate the creativity, precision, and passion that define the world of mixology.
Over four challenging rounds, participants were pushed to their limits through a series of dynamic tests. This competition was not just about skill, but about celebrating mixology as an essential expression of hospitality.
