Claps ha come obiettivo il reclutamento di 400 animatori da destinare a strutture a 4 e 5 stelle in tutto il mondo. Per raggiungere tale obiettivo, Claps “comunica” e ricerca in Italia, Svizzera, Francia, Belgio, Olanda, Repubblica Ceca, Slovacchia, Polonia, Ungheria, Lettonia, Austria, superando la quota di 10.000 curricula annui !!! L’iter selettivo di Claps ha lo scopo di ottimizzare, tramite i

propri Bootcamp gratuiti, la selezione dei ragazzi che per un intero week end vengono istruiti e messi alla “prova” su tutte le attività di animazione turistica. Claps cura la costante crescita professionale dei propri animatori selezionati e dei vari capi servizio tramite incontri, corsi di aggiornamento e di specializzazione. Claps organizza e svolge corsi di formazione per attività innovative nel settore del Fitness, nel settore nel Mini Club e nel Coaching per i Responsabili Animazione.

Claps aims to select more the 400 guys that will work (for our partners) in 4- and 5-star facilities around the world. To achieve this target, Claps has been advertising and making searches in Italy, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Holland, Czech Republic, Slovacchia, Poland, Austria, receiving over 10,000 curricula per year!!! Claps' selection procedures are aimed at optimising, through free internship periods, the selection of the candidates, who during a whole week end are trained and tested about all touristic entertainment activities. Claps selects entertainers from all over Europe, with or without experience. Claps constantly promotes the professional growth of the entertainers it has selected trough refresher courses. Claps organises training courses for innovative activities in the Wellness sector and promotes/coordinates training initiatives for Kids Club and Coaching for Chief Animators.
