Basically, we speak English and French for smooth communication for the customer service. However, our staffs speak other 6 languages for guests according to the necessity of guests.

Do you know how the cheese made for our cheese fondue?🧀 Our cheese made by six steps with local fresh ingredients!!!
1) Acidification: Starter culture is added to milk to change lactose (milk sugar) into lactic acid.
2) Coagulation: Rennet is added to further encourage the milk to solidify.
3) Curds and Whey: Curds are cut using a knife or a tool that resembles a rake.
4) Salting: Salt adds flavor and also acts as a preservative so the cheese does not spoil during long months or years of aging also helps a natural rind to form on the cheese.
5) Shaping: The cheese is put into a basket or a mold to form it into a specific shape.
6) Ripening: Nurture the cheese for its distinctive flavor, texture, and aroma

Get ready to drink some wine or cocktail? 🍷 🍸Hotel Oxygen Leysin strongly welcome you to come and taste it. The two most common grape varieties in Switzerland are the red Pinot noir at around 30% and the white Chasselas at around 27%. However, we will serve other wine as well.😋😋
