VISIT SAN BERNARDINO PASS + SPA CASTANEA WITH INNERWALK 💫🤗
One-day Wellness Tour filled up with Sound Healing, Conscious Movement & Nervous System Relaxation Techniques in San Bernardino!
Meeting point at 10.30 at Hotel Brocco&Posta – for those who do not have their own car – LIMITED PLACES - book in ADVANCE +41 78 261 40 40. For the ones coming by car, we will meet directly at 11.00, at Passo del San Bernardino, in the parking lot in front of the Cafe.
In the morning we will take you to explore San Bernardino Pass with its crystal clear lake, high-altitude meadows and some of the most evocative and uncontaminated natural scenarios of the Swiss Alps.
We will meditate among the “Cairns”, the famous stone sculptures dedicated to balance and presence.
We will stop in a magical location for our experience of Immersive Sound Healing, in which the sound of the instruments merges with the wind, the water and the ancestral voices of the mountain, creating a space of deep listening, movement, freedom and relaxation.
The experience continues in the afternoon with access to the Spa Castanea, where we will have the pleasure of offering a second experience of Sound Healing and Meditation to complete the wellness day 🙏🏻🪷
