Nestled in the heart of the Val de Bagnes, this Ecurie and others served as vital shelters for both animals and the fearless souls who toiled the land. ⚒️ The building process was an art in itself, with craftsmen hand-selecting and meticulously stacking each stone, creating a fortress of endurance and history. 🏡

Imagine the challenges these builders faced in this unforgiving terrain! 🌄 Today, we hike these trails with awe, knowing the incredible legacy that lies within these stone walls. 🥾
