We’ve just returned from our journey aboard the SY AZUL, and if we could, we would have extended our stay immediately.
June in Greece exceeded all our expectations: warm, crystal-clear water, peaceful bays, and a light that instantly makes you slow down. From the very first day, we felt the stress of everyday life simply melt away.
Jean Marc captains the Lagoon 55 with such calmness and confidence that we were able to completely relax from the moment we stepped on board. Marie Sophie is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She is always there when you need her, yet never intrusive. And Taxiarchis’ cuisine was a highlight every single day—authentic Greek dishes, prepared fresh from scratch, Mediterranean, light, and full of wonderful flavors.
During these nine days, we switched off more completely than we ever expected. We slept better than we had in months, spent hours swimming in the warm sea, and left feeling healthier and more energized. It’s amazing what Mediterranean cuisine and genuine relaxation can do for both body and mind.
One thing is certain: we will definitely be back. If we could, we would already be returning in September. We can only imagine how magical the Ionian Sea must be at that time of year.
