Have you ever been above 3,000m in the Alps?

Most people feel fine at first… and that’s exactly what makes altitude sickness so tricky.

We just experienced another case at Klein Matterhorn where everything looked perfect — until it wasn’t.

Curious to hear from you:
Have you ever felt unusual symptoms at high altitude, even if you’re normally fit?

A real-life experience from Klein Matterhorn (3,883m), where a family experienced altitude sickness after rapid ascent and long-haul travel.

"Professional, Friendly & Unforgettable!" 🇨🇭 Swiss Alps Review by Kugan from Malaysia

Kugan flew all the way from Malaysia to explore the Swiss Alps with Trekking Switzerland - and this is what he had to say! In this honest testimonial, Kugan describes his experience as professional, friendly and unforgettable - discovering hidden gems far beyond the usual Zermatt and Jungfrau tourist trail.

Trekking Switzerland offers a unique concept: easy trekking and sightseeing in lesser-known, off-the-beaten-path destinations in the Swiss Alps - places most tourists never find, without the crowds and chaos of the popular spots.

🌍 Kugan travelled from Malaysia and experienced Switzerland like a local - and he'll tell you himself why it was worth every moment.

🏔️ Have you ever heard of Saas-Fee?

Most tourists head straight to Zermatt or Jungfrau and miss this absolute gem completely.

Saas-Fee is a car-free glacial village at 1,800m, surrounded by 13 four-thousanders, with almost no crowds and breathtaking scenery at every turn.

In this video:

✅ Metro Alpin, the world's highest underground funicular
✅ Hohsaas at 3,200m
✅ The world's highest revolving restaurant at 3,500m
✅ Pure alpine magic 🇨🇭❄️

This is exactly the kind of hidden gem I take my guests to - places that take your breath away without the queues and chaos of the popular spots.

Lake Toma (Lai da Tuma), near Oberalp Pass in Graubünden, is considered the main source of the Rhine River - one of Europe’s most important waterways.
