POV: you’re a Senior Research Associate at Givaudan in Paris.

Coffee, scientific articles, lab experiments, team brainstorms... Ly’s day is all about turning ideas into real fragrance innovations — from testing new concepts in the lab to collaborating with teams to optimize fragrance technologies. Once a technology is developed, Ly works closely with the Development team to ensure a smooth transfer and with Olfactive Technology Specialists to evaluate its performance.

More than a run. It was a celebration of connection, empathy and inclusion.

On 4 July, Givaudan Singapore partnered with Runninghour for a meaningful Run & Walk, bringing together nearly 160 participants, including almost 80 Givaudan employees and their family members.

Through shared experiences and interactive activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities while building friendships that went beyond the finish line.

Thank you to everyone who made the day so memorable. Together, we're creating a workplace and community where everyone feels they belong.
