Happy Sunday! DIY alert 🔔

So I also wanted to try this trend of making a bag with a scarf and a belt! And I was convinced it’s of those things that doesnt work! But voila! It actually works!

All you need is a scarf 🧣 and a bag belt with two hooks at the ends!

I took a bit thick silk scarf and a black leather thrifted bag belt! You can actually cry 😭 that’s is simple! But Happy tears 😂

* Fold the scarf in half as a rectangle
* loop both the ends through the hook and tie a knot
* repeat the other side

And you are done! I have tried it and you can actually use it! I might try to like of scarf, add a little pocket and try it to make it a bit more sturdy!

Actually it might be great for summer holiday evening dinners 😅

Trying the Bombay mix or as someone came up with a rather creative and original name as what it should be called as THE Schwammigen MIX! I absolutely 💯 love that 🥳 It’s very authentic and very Zurich and fun! 🤩 May be Antonious and the team is going to bring out this soon! Great fun being in the kitchen with all the foodies 😁

Happy weekend!

Summer temperatures are starting to feel a little like India, so here’s one of my favorite ways to cool down and rehydrate. ☀️🥤
Inspired by the traditional Indian sattu drink, this version is refreshing, nourishing, and perfect after a workout or a long day.
My Summer Cooler • 1 glass cold water • 1–2 tbsp roasted sattu (roasted gram flour) • 1 tsp soaked chia seeds • Juice of ½ lemon • A pinch of salt • A pinch of black salt • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder • A little sugar (or to taste)
Mix well and enjoy chilled.

You can get the Sattu powder at any Indian stores or you can also@swap@it with a plant based protein powder from the local stores!

Do you know this humble biscuit Tirggel! It has become one of my favourites as this is a very simple eggless biscuit which has been made for centuries here in Zurich!

And this has the known landmarks too!

A simple fuss free biscuit, not much sugar, no icing or frost and dipped in your little tastes amazing 🤩
