🍫 Ghana 🇬🇭 is Switzerland’s largest cocoa supplier.
🍫 It was Swiss Basel missionaries 🇨🇭who introduced cacao to Ghana 🇬🇭 back in the 19th century.
🍫 The first solid milk chocolate was created in Switzerland.🇨🇭

Last week, we welcomed some curious minds from Bentley University 🇺🇸 on our Ethical Chocolate Tour! 🍫

All the way from Massachusetts 🇺🇸, the Bentley students joined us to explore:
1️⃣ The complex history of chocolate and its ties to colonialism
2️⃣ The differences between big and small chocolate producers
3️⃣ Bean-to-bar production and the cocoa value chain

And of course, the experience also included some delicious tastings along the way 😋🍫 and an exclusive visit to the manufactory!
