**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON TRAVELLING TO EUROPE***
The European Entry/Exit system starts from 12th October for all non-EU nationals. Nothing is required before you travel. It's all done on arrival. You can read the full details below. The ETA is also on it's way starting in 2026 (approximately 6 months after the entry/exit system started).

The new European Entry/Exit System (EES) starts on 12 October for all non-EU nationals, including Australians, travelling in or out of the Schengen area. There may be longer border queues. When travelling into and out of the Schengen area, for short stays, you may need to have your fingerprints and photo taken. Read and subscribe: Smartraveller.gov.au/Schengen
