New Chapter: Hotel Zermama to manage PuraWorka Zermatt CoWorking

Dear PuraWorka community,
We are pleased to share an important update regarding PuraWorka Zermatt. The management of the coworking space will be taken over by the dedicated team at Hotel Zermama.

We are proud that PuraWorka will continue to thrive under their leadership, ensuring that the coworking space remains a vibrant and inspiring environment.

Thank you for your trust and support over the years. Together, we've built countless unforgettable memories and accomplished many rewarding projects, and we look forward to seeing this space continue to flourish.

Here are some of PuraWorka Zermatt's highlights:

🌟 Meet Rowena, a passionate skier and mountain lover, who has turned her love for the slopes into a thriving career at Matterhorn Diamonds Ski School. 🏔️⛷️

1️⃣ So, Rowena, what excites you? What are you passionate about?
I've always loved skiing and being in the mountains, and I'm so happy that I can now share this passion with others by combining my love of the mountain with a mutual appreciation of skiing!

2️⃣ How would you describe Matterhorn Diamonds Ski School?
We have handpicked a team of highly qualified and topnotch professional ski instructors and guides who can bring their enthusiasm and teaching skill to each individuals's needs and ability; ensuring that everyone, from beginners to advanced skiers can enjoy an unforgettable experience on the mountain!

Anna, a dedicated member of the PuraWorka Sion community, shares how our space has helped her stay productive, inspired, and connected. Let’s dive into her story and discover what excites and motivates her!

1️⃣ What excites you? What are you passionate about?
What excites me the most is the richness of human experiences and the diversity of life. Nature’s beauty, from the mountaines to the lakes and seas fascinates me. I am drawn to cultures and people – languages, traditions, and the ways of seeing the world. I am passionate about travelling and discovering new exciting places of our wonderful planet.

2️⃣ How would you describe your experience at PuraWorka Sion?
I am using PuraWorka Sion once a week and I find it really amazing place to work in. It is comfortable, high-standard and cosy working space, which creates a unique and proper business environement vibe. You can meet people from various industries and exchange the ideas or just have a little chat at coffee break, and all that inspires you being more efficient at your job tasks. Me personally I like, that it is quite calm place, not that noisy, so you can easily concentrate on your projects without being much distracted. Also, the good advantage is the little garden around, where you can go out and refresh your thoughts and calm your nerves I am grateful to the founders who created this amazing co-working.

3️⃣ Why did you decide to join PuraWorka?
I don’t have an office, I work from home all the time. To get connected, get inspired I have to be in the proper business environment, where I can just concentrate on my job tasks without being distracted by my home routine. Very often I have zoom video calls with the potential clients, where it is essential to be in the proper office environment. As a mom of two kids, I also need some space and silence to be able to focus just on work. Overall, I have mentioned that I am more effective working in the co-working then working at home. Socialising is also very important aspect. Meeting people, small coffee-chats also motives working better.

C’est avec un immense regret que nous vous annonçons la fermeture de l’Hôtel des Vignes et, par conséquent, la fin des activités de PuraWorka Sion à partir du 31 octobre 2024.

Au fil des ans, nous avons partagé des moments inoubliables et accompli ensemble de nombreux projets enrichissants. Quelques chiffres marquants :

Après près de 40 heures de travail acharné, les équipes de ont réussi à rétablir tous leurs services informatiques, impactés par la crue du Rhône. Leur détermination et leur professionnalisme sont une véritable source d'inspiration.
