🗿 La llegada que dio origen a Rapa Nui

El sábado 5 de julio conmemoramos la llegada del Ariki Hotu Matuʻa, el primer rey de Rapa Nui. Una emotiva representación en la playa de Anakena con danzas, cantos y trajes tradicionales nos conectó con nuestras raíces y la fuerza de nuestra cultura. El día culminó con un curanto comunitario y música en vivo, reuniendo a la comunidad y a visitantes en un encuentro cargado de identidad, memoria y celebración.

🗿 The Arrival That Marked the Beginning of Rapa Nui

On Saturday, July 5th, we commemorated the arrival of Ariki Hotu Matuʻa, the first king of Rapa Nui. A symbolic reenactment at Anakena Beach with dances, chants, and traditional dress brought our roots and culture to life. The day ended with a communal curanto and live music, gathering locals and visitors in a celebration of memory, identity, and togetherness.
