Today, we are commemorated the We Tripantu, the Mapuche New Year, together with scholars from the United States. The Mapuche people are one of the indigenous communities in Chile, and this celebration takes place during the winter solstice in South America.

Immersed in the essence of cinnamon and thyme, we journeyed with closed eyes to the enchanting forests of southern Chile. It has been an awe-inspiring experience for our visitors, made possible by the efforts of "Aromas de Chile," a project by the aromatic distillery .
