📍 At the southernmost tip of Argentina, where land meets the Beagle Channel, lies Ushuaia.

Surrounded by mountains, sea, and breathtaking Patagonian landscapes, Ushuaia is more than a destination. It's the starting point of one of Australis Cruises' most iconic expeditions. 🚢❄️

From its port, travelers embark on a unique journey through the legendary channels of the End of the World.

💡 Known as the gateway to Antarctica, Ushuaia embodies the spirit of exploration like few places on Earth.

This is where one of our two Patagonian expedition routes begins.

Today we commemorate the International Day of Indigenous Peoples, a date to recognize the cultural diversity, ancestral knowledge, and deep connection with nature of Indigenous communities around the world. ✨⛵

Australis expeditions sail through channels, fjords, and landscapes that for centuries were home and navigation routes for peoples such as the Yagán, Kawésqar, Selk'nam, and Haush.

Each journey through Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego is also an opportunity to connect with the history of those who once inhabited these territories and to better understand the cultural richness that is part of this unique corner of the world. 🌿

Punta Arenas is not just a point on the map: it is the gateway to one of the most fascinating journeys at the southernmost edge of the planet. 🌿✨

Located in the legendary Strait of Magellan, this city combines history, strategic location, and a unique connection to the landscapes of Patagonia.

From its historic port, the Australis experience begins, where travelers embark towards the southern channels and fjords.

💡 Its easy access from both the city center and the airport makes it an ideal starting point for the expedition. ✈️

From here, one of our most iconic routes begins: the journey to Ushuaia, sailing to the end of the world. 🧭

📍 Before boarding your Australis expedition, remember to complete your check-in during the designated hours.

If your journey begins in Ushuaia, check-in is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Tolkeyen Patagonia Turismo office.

If you're departing from Punta Arenas, check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Muelle Prat (EPA).

💡 Our recommendation: arrive with plenty of time to complete the check-in process and enjoy a smooth, stress-free boarding experience.
