After passport, National Identity card is next in line in the modernisation process.

The announcement of the plan to improve on the production of ID cards came during the inauguration of the ultra-modern National Centre for the production of Biometric passports in Cameroon by the Minister of State, Secretary-General at the presidency of the Republic, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh.
