Yesterday, we received a booking for a 14-day in-depth Zhangjiajie journey! Earlier this March, the guest traveled with us to Yunnan and really enjoyed our customized travel style. Since then, they’ve also joined our Daocheng Yading and Zhangjiajie deep-dive itineraries, and now we’re already chatting about a possible Xi’an trip next year ✨

It’s always heartwarming when a journey turns into a long-term travel connection. Being trusted again and again is something we truly appreciate 🙏

After discussing the plan together, we decided on a smooth circular route, starting and ending in Zhangjiajie:

Not every journey goes exactly as planned, but the trust built along the way is just as meaningful.

We were recently preparing to confirm a 10-person private Silk Road trip across Northwest China, organized by the guests themselves. After many rounds of discussions and careful planning, the group was ready to sign the agreement and pay the deposit.

However, one of the travelers experienced an unexpected health concern, and after thoughtful consideration, the group decided to cancel the trip for now. The guests felt truly apologetic, especially after spending so much time planning, only to see the journey paused at the last moment.

👉 Situations like this are not uncommon in our daily work. Travel plans can always be adjusted, but health must always come first.

What touched us most was the kindness and encouragement the guests still shared. They generously expressed that we are a wonderful travel agency, and especially mentioned how reassuring and attentive our colleague Cathy has been throughout the process.

In the middle of busy workdays, receiving such unexpected support and appreciation feels incredibly heartwarming 💛

🎉 Still feeling over the moon these two days! Just finished customizing a private 1-person Australia trip… and today we received another booking for 7 guests for an epic Australia + New Zealand journey! ✨

This lovely family is planning a summer holiday in the South Pacific with their kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 — looking for charming boutique stays, safe neighborhoods, and spotless rooms (we totally agree, these details matter!).

This 15-day Yunnan–Guizhou journey is well underway! For the Yunnan portion of the trip, our guests are in the caring hands of our wonderful team member, Guide Deng.

So far, everyone has explored some of Yunnan’s most beautiful destinations, including Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang. Next on the itinerary are the breathtaking Tiger Leaping Gorge and the unique Miao villages in Guizhou — more unforgettable experiences to come!

Even before joining My Panda Tours, Guide Deng was already an outstanding professional. She was selected as one of the Top 30 in the China Tour Guide Competition, and she is recognized as a Gold Medal Tour Guide. Just last year, she was also honored with a medal awarded by Yunnan Province 🎖️. Her dedication, professionalism, and caring attitude are often highly praised by our guests.

With 7 years of guiding experience, Guide Deng is knowledgeable and reliable, yet she continues to learn and grow. We’ve just received a last-minute booking for a solo traveler heading to Western Australia! 🇦🇺✨

🍎Our 16-day journey in Sichuan with our two guests has come to a smooth and wonderful end.

They were warmly taken care of by our driver-guides, Mrs. Li and Mr. Li. Mr. Li accompanied them on the journey to Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, and Mount Emei, while Mrs. Li guided them through the Chengdu city itinerary.

Along the way, everyone enjoyed the beautiful mountains and scenic landscapes together. At Huanglong, they were lucky enough to experience snowfall and even spot the 🐦‍⬛“Vermilion Bird,” making the moment feel especially magical.

Mrs. Li was also incredibly thoughtful. She prepared a variety of fruits for the guests, including pink jade strawberries🍓, kumquats🍊, apples🍎, Yunnan blueberries🫐, and Sichuan’s famous ponkan mandarins. Through these little gestures, the driver-guides hoped to share the delicious flavors of the “Land of Abundance” with our guests.

We are truly grateful that this journey was filled with such warmth, care, and wonderful memories. 👍
