Dining Car on Tibet Train
On the Tibet train, there is only one dining car for passengers to have three meals and drinks. For breakfast, you can have pickles, cakes, eggs, bread and milk. For lunch and dinner, you can have only Chinese or Tibetan style dishes. Each dish will cost about CNY 25. At the non-meal time, you can sit at the dining room to enjoy the passing views outside the window but with one beer or tea ordered are allowed or you will be drove back to your compartment. http://www.tour-tibet.com/train/dining-car.html

Bathroom on Tibet Train
There are 2 bathrooms at the end of each car with one Asian toilet and one Western toilet for you to choose according to your preference. The bathrooms are all equipped with well appointed facilities and always clean and tidy. Toilet paper is prepared in the bathroom. Medical Service on the Train
Although the oxygen system can supply oxygen to everywhere on the train, it is possible for passengers to suffer sick or breathless when the altitude changes. So, experienced doctors and trained nurses are prepared to deal with the emergencies and give the passengers who suffer sick the first aid. Even the attendants are all well trained to cope with those emergencies. Oxygen Supply System on the Train
