50 pcs samples were randomly selected by Sunchine Inspection’s inspector from the packed/unpacked products to conduct the final random inspection of these dome shelter tents with solar LED lights set in Changzhou Jiangsu province in China.
Were found 2 major and 4 minor defects during inspection, all defects found on fabrics and most of them related to seaming and stitching issues.
The total of defects found was within the AQL acceptance level and the overall result for this dome shelter tent pre-shipment inspection was pending.

Regarding dome shelter tent with LED lights, must be also conducted a careful visual inspection of the LED sets and various tests on LED lights have also to be conducted to verify the proper assembly of the LED chain on the dome shelter tent and the LED light chain functions and reliability.
An important test to be conducted on LED lights set are the function and fatigue test using on/off switch a hundred times to see if LED is still working and then perform together the fatigue test and wobble test a hundred time to confirm if on/off switch, there is no part falling off.
As no special equipment was available on-site during this final random inspection, the Solar panel test’ could not be conducted during inspection.

During this recent pre-shipment inspection of Dome Shelter Tents carried out by our company Sunchine Inspection in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, our highly-trained full-time inspector conducted also an attentive fabric visual inspection and various tests on fabric to verify the fabric quality and strength.
The seaming strength test was performed on the fabric not-yet assembled on the tent and repeated after assembling the fabric on the dome shelter.

When conducting the Assembly test for Dome Shelter, it is particularly important to check very carefully if any problems by assembling. This point is important because all products include many small pieces parts and so, it must be sure that any part is missing. Also, it is primordial to confirm that the holes for screws are on the same line. Indeed, the assembly would be difficult if there is holes for screws not in same line.

In addition to the assembly test, Sunchine Inspection 's highly trained inspector conducted 19 other tests on products during 2 days of dome shelter with solar LED lights set pre-shipment inspection to verify the product quality and safety, functions & functionalities, durability and performance.

Our inspector performed also a keen visual inspection to confirm the products' compliance with the buyer's specifications.

Regarding this recent pre-shipment inspection of metal furniture recently performed by our company Sunchine Inspection in Longyan Fujian province in China, 9 defects in total were found among the 80pcs samples randomly selected by our full-time quality inspector among the mass production.
When compared with same furniture inspected some years ago, the defect rate is far less important.
Inspection is important both to put pressure on the supplier's shoulders and also to verify the product's quality and compliance at source and avoid recalls.

Some photos of the testing on the products that Sunchine Inspection conducted during a recent pre-shipment inspection of metal furniture performed in Longyan Fujian province for a German distributor for whom Sunchine Inspection carry out quality inspections in China since 2013.
The factory refused the carton drop test to be done during inspection and did not have any relevant equipment on-site to conduct the stability test, which is one of the essential tests that should be performed during each furniture quality inspection.
One-site tests help greatly ensure that the furniture is stable and safe, sturdy and durable.
Also, it is highly important to conduct a keen visual inspection of the furniture to make sure that quality problems (scratch, sharp point, crack, dirt, etc.) have been well identified during on-site inspection and ensure that the product ‘s aesthetic appearance, color shades, finishing, dimensions, labels and labelling, as well as other details comply with the buyer’s specifications and requirements.

For this plush sleepy bub pre-shipment inspection recently carried out by our company Sunchine Inspection in Lianyungang city in Jiangsu province in China, our full-time highly-trained inspector randomly selected 80pcs samples among the mass packed products for inspection. Were found three major and four minor defects during inspection. It was within the AQL acceptance level and the overall result for this final random inspection of plush sleepy bubs was pending.

Every week among product recalls are plush toys mainly recalled because attached parts can detach from the toys or because the weakness of certain seams made the fibrous stuffing material easily accessible.
