独木舟教练，真不是会划船就行！🛶
过去的两周。
从千岛湖到昆山，再到上海。（途中还赶去白洋淀探路！）
连续完成三期加拿大独木舟教练培训课程。
很多人以为独木舟只是划船。
但真正的教练培训，学的远不只是技术。
如何教学。
如何观察学员。
如何管理风险。
如何带领团队。
如何让更多人安全地进入这项爱好。
这些年，我一直往返于加拿大和中国之间。
看着越来越多人接触独木舟。
也看着越来越多人成长为能够独立带领课程和活动的教练。
每培养出一位称职的教练。
未来就可能有几十甚至上百人，因为他们而爱上这项运动。
过去14天。
三个城市。
几十位学员。
无数小时的训练与交流。
而这只是开始。
中国拥有World Class的湖泊、河流与海岸线。
希望未来有更多人透过独木舟，认识自然，也认识自己。

Paddle Canada canoe courses at Thousand Island Lake this week, right in the middle of a local water sports festival from Xiaohongshu.

So many people trying paddling for the first time, laughing, splashing, and enjoying summer on the lake.

Canoeing is more than just a sport.
It’s a way to slow down, reconnect with nature, and share moments with others.

Summer is here.
Time to get on the water.
