The Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (PNP-AVSEGROUP), Office for Transportation Security (OTS), and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) remind all passengers to strictly observe airport security regulations on prohibited items in hand-carry baggage.

• Liquids, aerosols, gels, sprays, and toiletry items exceeding 100ml are NOT allowed in cabin baggage, even if partially filled. These include perfumes, lotions, toothpaste, deodorants, shaving foam, hair gels, and similar items.
• Passengers traveling with infants may bring breast milk and baby formula beyond 100ml, provided these are declared at the security screening checkpoint for inspection.
• Passengers may carry up to two power banks below 100Wh in hand-carry baggage without prior airline approval. Power banks exceeding 100Wh require airline approval.
• Fi****ms, toy guns, knives, blades, stun guns, and other prohibited items must be placed in checked baggage and accompanied by necessary permits and documentation, when applicable.

Travel Advisory: Temporary Traffic Changes at NAIA Terminal 3

NAIA Terminal 3 departure curbside are being rehabilitated with a new canopy that will provide passengers with better shelter from rain and heat as they are dropped off and enter the terminal.

To allow the work to proceed safely, temporary traffic changes will be in effect from 15 July to 14 August 2026, daily from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

During these hours, the inner departure lane will be temporarily closed. Passenger drop-offs will continue through the remaining lanes.

If traffic builds up, departing passengers may also be dropped off at Arrival Bays 1 and 8, then use the nearest elevators to reach the check-in counters.

Traffic marshals and directional signs will be in place to assist motorists and passengers. Travelers are advised to allow additional travel time and follow the directions of airport personnel.

Delta Air Lines is returning to Manila with a new nonstop service to Los Angeles starting March 28, 2027.

Flights will operate three times a week until June 6 before increasing to daily service beginning June 7, using the Airbus A350-900.

Delta will be the only U.S. airline flying nonstop between Manila and Los Angeles. Its return also adds to the growing number of international airlines expanding their services to Manila, giving travelers more connections and more choices.
