A round display became a wearable device.

Community developer iiv-bit built the Stellar Pendant using the Ai-Thinker M61 module, a 240 × 240 touch display, a custom PCB, and a magnetic dock.

It can display photos and animations, play media, connect with a phone, work as a wireless controller, and become a desktop companion when placed on its dock.

The most interesting part is the complete build process, from PCB design and enclosure printing to firmware and control software.

No SIM card. No Wi-Fi. Just GPS + LoRa.

Electronic Clinic tested an off-grid tracker built with the Ai-Thinker GP-02 GPS module and Ra-02 LoRa module. The receiving side shows live location data on an OLED screen and a smartphone map.

The video goes beyond wiring and includes a real outdoor field test.

In this Ra-20 development project, the first FLRC configuration couldn’t cover the required path within the project’s power limit.

The team switched to LoRa and reworked how the two devices send data, confirm reception and recover after a lost connection.
