The brilliant Hilda! Our fantastic cook and housekeeper. Come rain or shine she will greet you with the warmest of smiles and the best cooked farm-to-table food in the region.

Trying to up your vitamin C and folate intake, she’ll whip you up her signature beetroot hummus. In need of some TLC but don’t want to feel too guilty about it? People ask us all the time for her low sugar carrot cake. Everything local. Everything delicious. Everything prepared with love.
