“This retreat re-aligned my perspective of the world we live in and the planet we live on.”
One of the ladies from this year’s Nicaragua retreat said this to me and i keep circling back to it 🫶🏼
We had alll of the lovely stuff… slow yoga in the mornings on the beach, surfing in warm water, long dinners under the stars, dancing, laughing, all these little in-between moments you see in the photos
But when I think about the week, that’s not really what I feel.
What I feel is what was happening underneath all of that. The girls arrive with so much held for so long… expectations, responsibility, the constant sense of needing to be “on” in some way… and over the first couple of days, they startsto soften.
Sometimes all it takes is that first bonfire on night one. On retreat, we come out of constant doing and back into BEING
There’s more space in our bodies and less noise in our minds. More presence in the way we move through the day and actually feel it while it’s happening.
And Nicaragua holds that so naturally… the sunlight, the sea, the people we meet and the way life there seems to move just a little closer to the moment.
This retreat isn’t about stepping away from life at all. It’s more like finally being in it again.
And maybe that’s why so many women leave feeling different than when they arrived ❤️🌊
Nicaragua retreat year FIVE with living in flow is April 2027, dm me if you wanna come
