Colombia's national sport in which you throw weights at explosives. Every Tuesday the hostel invites our guests for a night of cheap beers and explosions

After years of drinking beers and playing Tejo with friends I decided to invite my guests from the hostel down to the local tejo centre and found they loved the game as much as I do. Macondo's Tejo Tuesdays has become famous and now copied by many hostels around the country. Come join us at the original tejo night on full size courts with cheap beers, prizes from Gr**go Mikes, Proyecto pizza, El m

eson del Arriero, Tacos y Cuates, habana bar, and plenty of explosions. We take a maximum group of 24 to respect the local players also at the club and to keep the game moving and enjoyable. We reserve these spots for our hostel guests first and those doing adventure activities with us.

Tejo in April. Has been full of beers and explosions. We want to thank Gr**go Mike's and Tacos y Cuates for the prizes.

Over the past month we've had a few disappointed people. We are sorry but our Tejo nights are for guests of Macondo Hostel first.

To make sure our guests have the best experience we have a limit on our group size.

Its been a busy 3 months of tejo and we've been a bit behind updating our page. Thanks to everyone who has joined in Tejo at Macondo Hostel its been a blast and we are loving how many people have been signing up and enjoying the fun. This week we are playing on Thursday, so check in to Macondo Hostel and enjoy the fun.
