La Comuna 13. Medellin. Colombia: From our november's tour Around Colombia: Medellin, La Comuna 13 day trip. It used to be a dangerous neighborhood, nowdays this very vivid and interesting place is considered to be safe. We had a special day to get familiar with their local culture, urban art and urban local music. Great Experience. Unforgettable, indeed! We will visit Medellin and Comuna 13 again on our next touring Around Colombia in March 2020. Welcome.
