Toucan Tranquility is a large 2 bed/2 bath ground floor apartment (sleeps 5) in the charming town of Atenas, San Jose. Just 35 minutes toward Jaco Beach from San Jose Airport, walking distance to Atenas and its restaurants, shops, markets, and a host of other activities. It’s the perfect place to explore the Central Valley of Costa Rica! Our second property in Atenas is the Carriage House, nestled in the secure community of Vista Atenas. Two queen-size en-suite rooms, this fully furnished property is tastefully decorated and boasts a couple of Costa Rican themed murals. 10 minutes to Atenas for shopping, arts, restaurants, coffee farms, Ox Cart parades, fresh farmers markets, specialty stores and more. A fully equipped Caribbean style 2-bedroom with Queen beds and a family bathroom. Cahuita is a taste of old Caribbean, laid back, mellow, musical and joyful. Walking distance of 10 minutes to the entrance to Cahuita National Park, Playas Blanca and Negro beaches. A short drive of 17 minutes to the vibrant, hip beach town of Puerto Viejo with international cuisine. Long-tern rental available. Jaco on the Pacific coast hosts our final two properties both located in the same secure gated community just 1 block from Jaco Beach! Again long-tern rental available. Firstly, Bella Banana 31 is a 5-person family sized 2-bedroom, 1 bath condo with a single bed in the living area. The complex has 3 large swimming pools, covered BBQ picnic areas and is safe, quiet and comfortable. Manual Antonio is only 1 hour away. Coco 54 is our second property here, it’s a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo. Restaurants, Shops, Markets, Festivals, and Adventures await just outside the gates. Enjoy the almost daily sighting of scarlet macaws overhead, the distant sound of waves on the beach and the tranquil sweet-scented nights in this tropical paradise. The choice is yours.
