MORE THAN A JOURNEY. A SHARED HARMONY.

Some journeys take you to new places. Others bring you closer to people, cultures, and perspectives that stay with you long after you return home.

In Costa Rica, music becomes a bridge between communities, bringing visiting choirs together with local musicians, students, and the vibrant spirit of our culture.

Through shared performances, meaningful encounters, and unforgettable experiences, every note becomes an opportunity to learn, inspire, and create lasting connections.

Because the most beautiful part of traveling isn’t just what you see it’s what you share.

COME FOR THE MUSIC. LEAVE WITH A CONNECTION.

The 2026 ACDA Costa Rica National Choral Festival brought together 28 choirs and 22 conductors across multiple venues. For Forest Melodies Costa Rica, it was a celebration of how far our choral community has come and of what we can build together next.

Some musical experiences stay with you long after the final note. This year’s ACDA Costa Rica National Choral Festival was one of them.

Across different venues, 28 choirs led by 22 conductors shared their music with audiences and with one another. We witnessed remarkable vocal quality, thoughtful interpretation and a deep sense of responsibility toward the music. Many of the ensembles presented work worthy of an international stage.

For those of us who have followed Costa Rica’s choral development over the years, this felt like a defining moment. In our view, it was the finest national choral festival held in the country since 1981.

Why Forest Melodies sponsored the festival

Forest Melodies Costa Rica was proud to sponsor this celebration. We were able to do so thanks to every choir and music group that has chosen to visit Costa Rica with us.

That connection is at the heart of our purpose. We create musical journeys that bring people together; while using the opportunities those journeys generate to support the growth of our local choral community.

Every visiting group becomes part of a larger story. Its journey can help create new opportunities for Costa Rican singers and conductors, strengthen connections between ensembles and encourage the next generation of musicians. Supporting the ACDA Costa Rica festival is one way we put that purpose into action.

To the groups that have traveled with us: your visit has helped us support moments like this. Thank you.
