Casa Bruni is our dream come true.
Casa Bruni is a caribbean style house on a tranquil setting that will provide you with a peaceful environment, full of wonderful wildlife, secluded yet only minutes away from town.
The house can host up to 4 people and it is intended for relaxation, not for partying. Only guests are allowed in the property. It rents for $120 per night plus $20 cleaning fee.
You will fall in love with our outdoor shower; it will make you feel more in touch with nature. Help us save water by taking a shower in the rain; you'll love it and we will appreciate it. Try it; it is fun.
Howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, tucancillos, parrots, guatusas and more.
The house is only 4 minutes away from Playa Negra and 7 minutes to Puerto Viejo.
The private pool and parking space for 3 vehicles add to the convenience of staying with us.
We provide basic wifi service which is strong enough for enjoying social media or streaming movies/music to your device(s). A TV is also available to stream content from your device (no cable service available).

Rules:
Children MUST be supervised by adults at all times, specially in the pool area, which is not fenced.
Absolutely no smoking permitted in the house. You can smoke outside the gate or behind the pool area.
Please know that we have security cameras outside. There are no cameras pointing toward the inside of the house or placed anywhere inside the house for your privacy.
There's no escaping the variety of local insects or critters. Bring plenty of bug repellent and be prepared to meet and greet spiders, frogs, the occasional snake and more.
