Our 90 days working at the B&B in Costa Rica has ended and we are on the road again. We had a hassle-free border crossing into Panama at the Sixaola border near the Caribbean coast and made our way to the beautiful archipelago Bocas del Toro.
We have been on the road 195 days, crossed 7 borders, driven 6,000 miles, swam in the Pacific, Caribbean, Sea of Cortez and the Gulf of Mexico. We have experienced earthquakes, erupting volcanos, mudslides, a friendly coral snake, monkeys, sloths and many other critters.
Our most precious gift has been (and will continue to be) the connection with the local people, indigenous natives and children. Our human family is an amazing mix of cultures, languages and customs that all share the translation of a simple smile.
