Vista Las Palmas is a luxury condominium building located directly on Jaco beach. This unit is located on the 4th floor, which gives both a great view of the sunset and a view of the pool. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach is just the best way to fall asleep after a hard day of surfing or just relaxing around town, almost everything is within walking distance, giving ease and convince. The condo sleeps six people on two king sized beds and one queen. Renters who exceed the stated occupancy will be evicted with no refund for the unused portion of their stay. The furniture is high quality, that can be hard to find in the area. We are presently renting for a three-night minimum, but exceptions can be made if only two out of the three bedrooms are desired. It is possible to lock off one, or two of the three bedrooms to accommodate different needs. Rates depends of the season.

Vista Las Palmas is the best property on the beach by far. The first class finishes and high end construction keep everyone coming back time and time again.

No hookers -- no exceptions, and no bachelor parties. Vista Las Palmas is a family-friendly environment.

Jaco Beach is a very popular destination with an exciting nightlife and you can find many things to do during your stay: restaurants, many tours and activities, massage on the balcony listening the music of the sea and wrap yourself in the culture of "pura vida" of Costa Rica.
