The gang and I checked out some wonderful hotels and tours in Monteverde Cloudforest this month. In 3 days, we inspected 11 hotels! We have to be up to date on all the latest to help you make the best choice for your custom trip.

Anastasia, We had a fantastic time in Costa Rica! Many thanks to you and your team for arranging such an amazing trip. Aside from a short flight delay leaving Charlotte, everything went smoothly. The trip was a nice balance of adventure and relaxation. Every driver and guide was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to share information about Costa Rica with us. It is so hard to pick a favorite tour/activity...we enjoyed them all! The Costa Rican lunch after the white water rafting was delicious and in such a beautiful setting. The accommodations were perfect. Poco a Poco was in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Arenal Springs was the perfect family friendly resort and our favorite. Our grandson, Brayden, made friends at the pool and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs.
We will definitely be sharing your name and contact info with anyone who is planning on traveling to Costa Rica.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our recent trip to Costa Rica far exceeded our wildest expectations! Many thanks to Anastasia for coordinating all our guided activities and seamless transportation—her attention to detail made everything effortless. Everything was on time and flowed as expected. I'm so glad we decided to coordinate a variety of transportation (vans, boat) instead of driving ourselves. The hotels were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was nothing short of outstanding - everyone seemed to go above and beyond for our family.
One example of Namu/ Costa Rica Vacations exceptional service was when I had a question about a tour for the next morning. Even though it was outside of traditional business hours, the staff immediately responded and contacted the chocolate/ coffee farm to confirm the details we were looking for. I was blown away by their responsiveness and care.
We explored La Fortuna, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio, each offering its own magical experience. We saw every type of monkey, sloths, tree frogs, and countless bird species—plus so many more animals. My dad, a passionate photographer, was in heaven capturing all the incredible wildlife.
Costa Rica stole our hearts, and we’re already dreaming of our next visit! Pura Vida!

My name is Anastasia and I am an online travel agent. I help people plan custom vacations to Costa Rica. I’m from the US but Costa Rica has been my home for the past 10 years. I have been travelling the country since I arrived and have loads of information to share.
How do my packages work? - Great question!
I work WITH you to design the vacation of your dreams. I will ask you some questions about the specifics (dates, ages of travelers, where you are coming from) and then we get a little more personal (your interests, your desired activity level, what you want out of your lodging, what you have budgeted for your vacation). From there, I will create a 100% custom package just for you. Your package will include hand-selected hotels and tours, plus all the transportation to get around the country. If you like your package, fabulous! If you want to see other options, let’s get creative! We will adjust until we find your ideal route and accommodations :)

How on Earth I Ended Up in Costa Rica:
When I finished my degree at NC State University, I joked with my parents about teaching abroad. A few weeks later, my mother surprised me with flights for her and I to come down and check out Costa Rica. I fell in love with the country in a matter of days. With a whole lot of luck and good friends along the way, I found a job teaching at an adult learning institute. I went home, packed up my apartment and came to Costa Rica a few weeks later.
After teaching English for one year, I found my current job - planning unique, custom vacation packages to Costa Rica for others to come experience this country that I love so much. I have been very fortunate to have traveled almost every corner of Costa Rica, and know more of the country than most of my friends who were born here. Over the past 8 years, I have been making travel dreams come true for honeymooners, groups, families, adventure junkies, wildlife enthusiasts, first-time travelers and everything in between.
