Dear Friends, family and community, we are super excited to unveil Silvestre Nosara. As of today we are officially open 🎉 This project was cofounded by my dear friend Ilya Korolev (ilya_korolev_architect) and I (Chris Ingham Brooke@inghamb87) over a brief trip to Nosara. We built Silvestre for the needs of families, who enjoy being right by the beach, who appreciate beautiful design, and who seek connection with themselves and with everything Nosara has to offer. We believed so strongly in our vision that we poured every ounce of our energy, our passion and our love into this project, and every single dollar we ever had. It took a little time to really step back and realize the beauty of the picture that is began to unfold, but now as we open the doors to Silvestre Nosara, I feel so grateful that we get to share our dream with our community and the world. Our concept is simple: we feature just nine expansive residences that seamlessly weave the splendor of a hotel with the privacy of a home, in addition to an exclusive rooftop pool, bar and lounge; elevated family-friendly amenities; and a studio space set to host curated classes, wellness sessions and a world-class speaker series. It’s the perfect place to recharge, renew your spirit and become the best possible version of yourself. The use of materials in the kitchen further enriches the experience. For instance, the entire back wall behind the countertop and shelves consists of silver travertine. This design element creates a sense of peace and beauty — and the way the lighting softly illuminates the travertine’s imperfections enhances this natural effect.
