The world’s best Gelato at the beach. It really is! Made by a multi generational gelato maker from Verona Italy. The sorbets are made from local fruits. The affagotto with hazelnut gelato is perfect!

off to a great start with teaching passing concepts and drills in the gi. We did a little situational live training also..

We start our camp with the assumption that it will be 50% gi and 50% without gi. But since we are a small group we usually favor what the majority of the group wants to work on. Our instructors and others are often available after session for extra work also. We usually do at least 16 hours of mat time as a group and this year it will be more!

This is one of the waterfalls we visited on a night hike and another time during the day a few years back. We’ve done several different waterfalls hikes, white water tubing, and sunset sailing cruises. Anyone have any votes/suggestions for this year. I have a unique private boat trip or a waterfall hike and a barbecue at a private farm that we can do next month. Comment and let us know what you might want to to when we aren’t on the mats.
