This exceptional Villa, Casa Quivira 406, located in the Tulemar Resort, will make you want to stay for a lifetime!

The legendary city of “Quivira” was named by Explorer Francisco de Coronado in 1541 in his search for the Seven Cities of Gold.

Take in a panoramic ocean view or soak up the sea air in the whirlpool bath located on your terrace. Enjoy all of the resort amenities including the private beach with boogie boards and kayaks, resort pools, on-site restaurant, daily maid service and your own concierge to assist you in arranging tours, restaurant reservations or recommendations, pre-stocking your villa with groceries, and ground transportation including transportation to/from San Jose (or other), or local taxi services.

3-story 2900 sq ft air conditioned. villa sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and bedroom 2 each have a 2 queen size beds; bedroom 3 (the master bedroom) has a king size bed; also (optional) one additional person on the day bed (or 2 children).

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and its own terrace. The bedrooms are located on the lower levels with the living area on the top floor.

Casa Vista Reyes is located in a quiet area overlooking a magnificent mountain/ rain forest landscape. This contemporary home, with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a large balcony almost 30 feet by 23 feet in area, guests are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings.

The upstairs master bedroom (with a king size bed) has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the surrounding mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom and open up into the large balcony and pool area. One of these bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, the other features two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. Additionally, there is a large, comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. With the beds and the sleeper sofa, this villa will comfortably and affordably sleep 8.

The large pool is surrounded by a non-slip wooden deck with a convenient outdoor shower and overlooks the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.

The modern living room and kitchen areas are spacious and feature AC units to cool the room, along with the option of opening the large patio doors to allow natural air circulation. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal.

If you have a rental car, you can park your car right at the villa. The villa has a security system and there are safes in each bedroom closet. There are laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the premises.

Located on the inland side of the main road, Casa Papillon is immersed in the rain forest and even has a far view of the Pacific ocean.

The main house has two master suites, with king size beds and private baths, along with two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and comfortably sleeps 8. There is also an optional studio apartment; more on that follows. The main house also has a full kitchen, a private infinity pool with waterfall, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ grill and hammock. There is a lot of indoor/ outdoor living space here and you will enjoy the daily monkey visitors, and the flights of toucans and macaws in your own backyard. Your concierge will arrange any tours or activities you want, and will be happy to assist you with ground transportation should you need it. Maid service is provided every 3rd day.

The optional studio apartment is located on the lower level and has a queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette, and direct access to the lower level of the pool.

This villa is great for large parties or friends or extended family (up to 10 people) with more than enough room for everyone!

Nestled in the lush surrounding jungle, this home has unbelievable ocean views and jungle sounds. If you want to see monkeys during your stay in Costa Rica, you found the right place. The name of this house “Casa Mono Congo” translates to “House of the Monkeys”. Sloths, monkeys and birds surround the landscape of this home. Each bedroom has views of the jungle and ocean as well as its own newly renovated bathroom. This little slice of jungle heaven is truly paradise with a view! Sprawling throughout a lush valley of palm trees and native Costa Rican vegetation, Casa Mono Congo’s cool ocean breezes commonly roll in from the ocean daily to temper the hot jungle sun.
