arge air-conditioned bedroom with 2 double beds, a queen sized sofa/futon in the living room, kitchenette, private deck, hot water, WIFI and use of the large shared pool. In the kitchette there is a coffee maker, toaster, small fridge, sink, microwave, 2 burner hot plate and dishes for basic cooking. Casa de Alberto – a cozy Costa Rican style 1 bedroom home is available for up to 4 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa/futon in the living room. There is a full kitchen and lovely outdoor dining area in the screened patio. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas cook top, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and dishes (no oven). It has one room with a queen-sized bed and small table. It is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker making it great for quick breakfasts, preparing a snack or warming leftovers. The private rooftop terrace with seating and a hammock is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon breeze. All of our properties have WIFI and share the use of the pool. Playa Conchal is a beautiful white sand beach great for swimming, snorkeling or a beach walk to the town of Brasilito for breakfast. It is easily accessible by foot or car. Playa Minas and Bahia de Los Piratas are also a very close 5 minute drive… great for swimming, snorkeling, exploring the tidal pools, catching the nesting sea turtles or wiling away the afternoon under a shady tree. Centrally located to enjoy all the coast has to offer in dining, entertainment, activities and nightlife. Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo are each about a 25 minute drive away. With the closest town and bus stop a 5 minutes away, guests prefer to have the use of a vehicle to give them the flexibility and freedom to explore the area. The gated community is safe and tucked away from the "hustle and bustle" of some of the nearby towns, but still close enough to be as busy or as lazy as one chooses. This relaxing atmosphere is great for bird watching and animal visitors, walks or just enjoying the pool. ¡Casa de Alberto está a pocos pasos de Playa Conchal!

Es una casa de 1 dormitorio disponible para hasta 4 personas. Hay una cama doble en el dormitorio y un sofá/futón tamaño queen en la sala. Hay una cocina completa y un encantador comedor al aire libre en el patio cubierto. La cocina está equipada con frigorífico, vitrocerámica, tostadora, microondas, cafetera y los platos (sin horno). Los huéspedes pueden utilizar la piscina compartida en nuestra propiedad de al lado.

La playa más cercana, Playa Conchal está a solo 12 minutos caminando. Es una hermosa playa de arena blanca, ideal para nadar, bucear o caminar por la playa hasta la ciudad de Brasilito para el desayuno. Es fácilmente accesible a pie o en coche. Playa Minas y Bahía de los Piratas también están muy cerca en 5 minutos en automóvil... ideal para nadar, bucear, explorar las pozas de marea, observar las tortugas marinas anidando o disfrutar de la tarde bajo un árbol sombreado.

Casita Roja is tucked away at the top of a gated community with lovely views of the Pacific ocean, the beach is a short walk and the towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo are only 25 min. away. Roomy, 2 double beds, kitchenette, private deck, hot water, A/C in bedroom and WIFI.

This space is completely self contained, about 15 feet away from the main house. With an abundance of natural light, this unique oasis is cozy and inviting with high ceilings. Larger than most hotel rooms, this 2 room space allows for a comfortable extended stay.

Within the suite is a kitchette with coffee maker, toaster, small fridge, sink, microwave, 2 burner hot plate and dishes for basic cooking. There is A/C is the sleeping area with 2 double beds and the sofa/futon can be turned into a queen-sized bed for two more people. The bathroom includes a full sized shower with hot water.

Guests also have use of the private pool.

The gated community is safe and tucked away from the "hustle and bustle" of some of the nearby towns, but still close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. This relaxing atmosphere is great for bird watching and animal visitors, walks or just enjoying the pool.

Within the community, 75m from the casita, is the Condor Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (closed Tuesday and Wednesday during low season).

Centrally located to enjoy all the coast has to offer with 13+ beaches within less than one hour drive.

Being a bit away from it all a vehicle is a must. A 4x4 would allow you to explore even further, but for those quick 10-minute runs into town, a car works fine.
