And I think people are often expecting an answer about transformation. That you'll arrive feeling one way and leave feeling completely different.

More confident/certain/healed…you name it.

But we don't believe empowerment is a destination you reach. We don't believe you'll wake up on the final day suddenly loving yourself every moment of every day.

That's just…. not what being human looks like. Some days are tough!

We create these retreats so that you get to know yourself a little better and you discover what happens when you step into something new, exciting, vulnerable, or even a little scary.

I’ll always believe the good stuff lives on the other side of fear.

I was scared when I booked that one-way ticket to Thailand, and felt a little crazy when I later decided to move to Australia for a boy I’d known for a month.

But every one of those “crazy” choices has shaped this life that I love living.

I believe wholeheartedly that stepping out of your comfort zone is where you meet yourself in a whole new way.
