A lot of women are excited to talk to us about the retreat (which we looooove!!), but a lot of the conversations end with something along the lines of “I just wouldn’t be able to do that”. We *always* follow that up with “why not?”.
We don’t ask it to be pushy or try to pressure you into a retreat. We ask this because it’s more often than not a story made up by the woman that stops her.
“I could never travel that far” (you can & we will help)
“I shouldn’t spend that much on myself” (is that real budget talk or guilt?)
“My family couldn’t manage without me!” (They’d miss you, but they’d manage)
“I’m an introvert” (us too!)
“I can’t take a holiday without my kids” (maybe it’s exactly this kind of holiday that would help you properly reset)
We know that timing and different life stages have real barriers - but we also know that sometimes our mind plays tricks on us. What do you think?
