Ziplining in Costa Rica ended up being one of our favorite experiences ✈️

I was a little nervous going into it with kids, but the guides were incredible—so patient, so helpful, and made everyone feel completely safe.

And then the surprise Tarzan swing… which might have been the highlight of the whole trip 😅

If you’re on the fence about doing this with kids—this is your sign. It was 100% worth it.

Manuel Antonio is absolutely beautiful—the beach alone makes it worth visiting 🌴

We decided to book a guide through the park, and while it was interesting, it ended up being a long 2 hour slow walk for the kids. Most of the wildlife is spotted from a distance, often through a scope, which was a little tough for them to stay engaged.

If I could do it again, I’d probably skip the guide and explore at our own pace - getting to the beach sooner. The beaches are crowded along the shade trees but not so much on the sand nor in the water.

Still such a special place, just a different experience with kids ✈️

Costa Rica with kids isn’t the easiest trip… and no one really talks about that ✈️

Everything felt uphill, we walked so much, and the rain was pretty constant.

But somehow… that’s what made it so memorable.

Seeing the kids experience the jungle, the wildlife, and all the little moments along the way made every step worth it 💜
