“There’s something really special about Casa Chameleon in Las Catalinas. I’ve been lucky to visit a lot of incredible places in Costa Rica, but this spot truly stands out.

The sunsets here feel like they were painted just for you—watching them from the infinity pool is one of those quiet moments you don’t forget.

The restaurant, Sentido Norte, is open-air with sweeping views of the ocean, and the food is just as impressive as the setting. It’s the kind of place where you linger a little longer over dinner.
