✔ Experiencia comprobable en gestión de reservas, atención al cliente y funciones administrativas en el sector aeronáutico.
✔ Conocimiento de regulaciones aeronáuticas locales e internacionales.
✔ Dominio de herramientas de planificación de vuelos y sistemas de reservas.
✔ Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
✔ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, relaciones interpersonales y orientación al cliente.
✔ Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, con alto grado de organización y atención al detalle.
✔ Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.

Responsabilidades clave:
✔ Coordinación de vuelos y planes de despacho.
✔ Gestión proactiva de reservaciones y atención personalizada a clientes.
✔ Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales positivas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
✔ Apoyo al equipo de ventas con seguimiento de clientes, cotizaciones y cierres de reservaciones.
✔ Asegurar operaciones eficientes, seguras y organizadas.
✔ Ser un punto de contacto confiable y cordial para nuestros clientes antes, durante y después del servicio.
