Today we received some very disappointing news.

Our TripAdvisor business listing, which included approximately 506 reviews from our wonderful travelers, has been removed. As a small business that has spent years creating memorable experiences and earning the trust of our guests, this is incredibly heartbreaking for our team.

For the past 5 consecutive years, we have proudly been recognized with the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award, thanks to the support, feedback, and trust of our clients. Those reviews represent countless memories, experiences, and relationships that we have built along the way.

At this time, we do not understand the reason for this decision. We have already contacted TripAdvisor and are working to find out what happened, with the hope that this situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

😹🇨🇷 When your GPS says "shortcut" in Costa Rica... and you end up in a cow pasture instead! 🐄🌿

The good news? The view is amazing, the air is fresh, and the cows don't seem to mind the extra visitors. 😂

💡 Travel Tip: We always recommend driving during daylight hours in Costa Rica. Roads can be winding, GPS can occasionally send you on unexpected adventures, and having daylight makes everything much easier and safer.

🌅 Sunset in Costa Rica is usually around 5:30–5:45 PM, and by 6:00 PM it's already dark, so plan your drives accordingly.

Typically, I plan all of our family adventures but soon realized that in order for us to have the Costa Rican adventure we wanted, I’d need some help. I booked our hotels and Amanda booked our van transfers and excursions based off of our customized itinerary in Tamarindo, La Fortuna, Paquera and Liberia. Our nature guides were knowledgeable, drivers were punctual and even when there was an enormous sinkhole that pushed back our schedule, our driver Victor still got us to the activity on time!"
