The Nicoya Peninsula is one of only five Blue Zones in the world—places where people live longer, healthier, and more connected lives. But it’s not about diets or trends. It’s about culture, rhythm, and community.

🫱🏽‍🫲🏽 People here move with purpose.
🍲 They eat local, fresh, and simply.
👵🏽 They honor elders and live close to family.
🌞 They rise with the sun, live with less, and stress even less.

Our Blue Zone Experience Tour brings you into this way of life—not as a spectator, but as a participant. You’ll visit a real local farm, milk a cow at sunrise, learn how sugarcane was processed with a traditional trapiche, and share a meal prepared with local ingredients and ancestral wisdom.

This is Costa Rica beyond the postcard.
This is the rhythm of a culture rooted in wellbeing.

📍 Tour departs from Santa Teresa, Montezuma & Tambor

There’s something about kayaking that slows everything down—in the best way. No engine, no noise, just the sound of your paddle breaking the water and the occasional splash from a curious fish.

You drift through quiet mangroves, spot birds you’ve never seen before, maybe even dolphins if you’re lucky. You pull up to a beach no one else is on, grab some fresh fruit, and just… breathe.

And if you ask us, it’s one of the best ways to experience this coast.

SINAC INFORMA
