Costa Va De Villa 2 bedroom 2 bathroom surf villa with private pool. Beautiful villa with pool located on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula in tropical Costa Rica.

About the house:

It is a newly finished private villa that is available for rent during certain periods located in a small neighbourhood 4-5 minutes walk away from the beach and one of the best surf spots in Santa Teresa (La Lora). Centrally located in the house you find the living room and kitchen area. On opposite sides of the living room and kitchen area you find two bedrooms, each bedroom has

its own bathroom which makes the villa perfect for two couples travelling together or families with children. With access from both of the bedrooms, living room and kitchen you find the outdoor area and the swimming pool. The pool has two sections; the smaller and shallower section is partly protected from the sun by the roof that covers the outdoor area. It is ideal for children but also if you would like to read a book in the shade and cool off in the pool at the same time. In the shaded outdoor area you find a dinner table for up to six persons and a couch that can be expanded into an outdoor daybed where you can lie down and listen to parrots and monkeys. You can also relax and enjoy the wildlife from the hammock that can be hung just next to the pool. The Neighbourhood

Calm and quiet yet close to everything you need. No need for a car. Walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and stores. Getting around

By foot is fine. Private parking next to the house. Getting to Santa Teresa: By domestic 20 min flight from San Jose and then 40 min taxi. Or by local bus or shuttle from San Jose. Takes around 4 hours including 1 hour ferry.
