✨ Resilience in the Face of Adversity: A Superhost Milestone ✨
With great pride, our team shares that we have once again been nominated as Superhost for the second quarter of this year.
You might be wondering—Why does this recognition feel different this time?
In January, we faced an unprecedented challenge that tested every ounce of our determination. One of the complexes where we manage over 15 condos made a last-minute decision to begin urgent exterior repairs—effective immediately.
This decision created an incredibly difficult situation. Guests were understandably frustrated and upset, many blaming us for an inconvenience we ourselves were only just learning about. We had to relocate bookings, process refunds, offer discounts, and spend countless hours rebalancing expectations and communication, all while striving to protect the owners’ income during the busiest time of the year.
Throughout high season, repairs continued well into April. We had to lower prices, transparently disclose the disruptions, and somehow find guests willing to accept the inconvenience in exchange for a fair deal.
It was one of the hardest moments in our company’s journey. Yet through all this, something remarkable happened:

Even in the midst of a challenge that shook the heart of our operations, we remained committed to providing great experiences. Today, we stand at 888 reviews, with our 4.8-star Superhost status intact, and we look forward to celebrating our 1,000th review soon.
