Hola!

My name is Donald and I have just launched a new Playas del Coco Live Music & Events Calendar website to help locals and visitors easily see what’s happening around town — live music, DJ nights, community events and more.

It was a successful first week with many venues and musicians posting their events for FREE.

Submitting is quick and free, and once approved (usually the same day), your event will automatically appear on the calendar and create its own event page. You can then use the Facebook Share button in your single event page to share the event to your page.

Ross Lloyd Andrews (Jet ski boys and PuraVolta) is renting a home por la chorrera and Gabriela comments on a group post regarding this guy...

"Unfortunately, the home being discussed in Coco belongs to my parents, and we are currently dealing with many of the same issues mentioned in other posts. The tenant is not paying rent and is violating multiple terms of the rental agreement, including failure to maintain the property, ongoing conflicts with others, and unauthorized use of the property.

He is formally given one month’s notice to vacate the home due to these violations. We are also seeing a significant increase in the water bill and have learned that jet skis are being stored on the property without permission or notice. Despite the notice, he is refusing to leave and is insisting that my parents take the matter to court.

If anyone in the community has had similar experiences or has information or guidance that may be helpful, we would truly appreciate your input. Thank you."
