I haven’t been posting many events lately, however, this group of women chose not to turn tail when the sky is opened up and soaked us. Instead, we drank birthday celebratory champagne beneath King Louie‘s waterfall and ventured on Tree Beard.

Morning discovery

So, after the boa release, my peeps said they saw the croc in the creek. Quite unprepared, we went to investigate and, hopefully capture/release said reptile. Sure enough, after 2 attempts with a short rope and no shoes, a black hawk flew in and I took that as an omen to give up before somebody loses an eye.

Chillin, eating ice cream and watching a surf vid when all hell broke loose in the chicken coop.
I was wrong, it’s an 8 footer! Had Gallo Pinto in its coils. Pried it’s mouth off and uncoiled it and bagged it solo… pura c**o pelado!
