Hola Everyone,

The waves have been super fun in Tama this week! We are going to plan a super fun Saturday Camp at PICO.

Saturday ART & SURF Tamarindo
12:30-430pm.
Art will be first then surf 230pm Pico & enjoy Sunset. You can come watch from Pico Cafe! If anyone needs to be picked up due to Restrictions let me know I usually have 1 coach and room for 2 more.

SUNDAY Surf Casitas Playa Grande
2:00pm-430pm drop off & pick up Tortugas. Sunset Taco Star.

Pre Surf warm up functional training & dynamic stretching. Focusing on mobility and muscle strength, cardio endurance for paddling, opening the shoulders, hips and back.

Serena is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, kickboxing and spin instructor in Canada since 2016
Her workouts are functional based, incorporating different styles of training, to help you perform better in sports and achieve a happy balanced lifestyle.

She is an Avid Ocean girl, loves surfing and health and just the sweetest thing all around!

Whether joining us on retreats, or at one of our by donation work out classes we offer in the community you will LOVE her fitness classes and energy she brings to all those around her. 🏋️‍♀️

We have one more class on our November SurfSkate Program! It was such a hit we will be running the same program for December as well as, adding in the ocean element and taking it to the surf with head coach .
