Two Paths to the Perfect Cup:
Washed Process — "Balanced & Classic"
The most popular choice. A perfect equilibrium of acidity and sweetness. It offers a light, clean flavor where fruity notes resonate in a calm and harmonious way.
Honey Process — "Sweet & Intense"
The choice for those who prefer something bolder. Thanks to a unique drying method, the coffee is more full-bodied and sweet, featuring an accentuated fruity acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Proceso Honey — "Dulzor e Intensidad"

✂️ The Art of Rejuvenation.
A year ago, these Obata coffee trees were pruned to encourage new growth and better productivity. Today, they are a testament to the care and dedication we put into every single plant at Invito Coffee.
The Obata variety is known for its vigor and excellent cup profile. By carefully managing the pruning cycle, we ensure that each cherry gets the nutrients it needs to develop that rich, balanced flavor you love.
